How It Works:

  • Sleep on your new EcoComfort product for up to 100 nights

  • If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us for a free return or exchange

  • We'll process a full refund or send you a replacement—your choice

Important Terms:

  • Non-Transferable: This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser

  • One Trial Per Product: If you return a specific product under this guarantee, you are no longer eligible for future trial periods on that same product type

  • Proof of Purchase Required: You must provide your original order confirmation or receipt for all returns and exchanges

  • Official Purchases Only: This guarantee applies exclusively to products purchased directly from EcoComfort


The 10-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Every EcoComfort product is covered by our comprehensive 10-Year Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers defects that arise under normal use, including:

  • Zipper Damage: Zippers that break or malfunction during normal operation

  • Material Flaws: Fabric splitting, cracking, or deterioration under normal use

  • Assembly Defects: Faulty zipper or hook attachments

  • Stitching Issues: Significant loose threads or seam separation

  • Fiber Leakage: Excessive fill material escaping through the fabric

EcoComfort will repair or replace defective products at our discretion.

Making a Warranty Claim:

  • Original Purchaser Only: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

  • Proof of Purchase Required: You must retain and provide your original e-commerce receipt from EcoComfort

  • Photo Documentation: We may request photos of the defect to process your claim efficiently

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number, photos, and description of the issue

What Is NOT Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper Zipper Use: Damage from aggressive pulling, forcing, or misuse of zippers

  • Comfort or Sizing Preferences: Dissatisfaction with firmness, softness, or size (use the 100-Night Guarantee instead)

  • User-Induced Damage: Stains, tears, burns, cuts, pet damage, or any damage caused by the user

  • Improper Care: Damage from washing/drying outside manufacturer guidelines, including shrinking, tears, or color loss

  • Normal Wear and Tear: General aging, minor pilling, or gradual softening over time

  • Unauthorized Retailers: Products purchased from third-party sellers, unauthorized retailers, or resale platforms


Important Note: Retail & Third-Party Purchases

This warranty and trial guarantee apply ONLY to products purchased directly from EcoComfort .

If you purchased an EcoComfort product from a third-party retailer (in-store or online), all warranty claims, returns, and exchanges must be handled directly with that retailer according to their policies. EcoComfort cannot honor warranty or trial requests for products not purchased through our official e-commerce store.
