Do you offer free shipping? +

Yes! We offer standard FREE shipping across Canada on all orders. Delivery takes 2-7 business days from the date you place your order. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How do I place an order? +

To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally or to the USA? +

What is your return policy? +

We offer a generous 100-Night Trial on all pillows, duvets, mattress protectors. If you're not completely satisfied within 100 days of delivery, contact us to arrange a free courier label. We'll provide the shipping label, and you'll receive a full refund with no restocking fees. The returned items are donated to homeless shelters or individuals in need.

Why do you offer 100 nights instead of 30? +

Your body can take up to 30 nights to adjust to a new pillow or bedding. We offer 100 days so you have ample time to truly evaluate whether our products work for you—that's triple the standard adjustment window.

How do I start a return? +

Contact our customer support at 905-472-0105 or support@ecocomfort.co. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label. For exchanges of defective or damaged items, email support@ecocomfort.co .

What does your 10-year warranty cover? +

Our 10-Year Limited Warranty covers Pillows, Duvets and Mattress Protectors, against failures due to waterproof barrier or fabric defects, faulty workmanship, and structural defects during normal usage. We'll provide a free replacement if a defect is found. The warranty does NOT cover daily wear, stains from improper care, commercial use, or damage from not following care instructions.

How do I make a warranty claim? +

Register your claim within 5 days of discovering the issue. Call 905-472-0105 or support@ecocomfort.co with your order number or receipt. You'll need to return the product for inspection (you pay shipping costs). Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Can I return items that I've used? +

Yes, for products covered by our 100-Night Trial (pillows, duvets and mattress protectors). Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
